Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Limerick
Hours per week: 39 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Possible weekend works), Mon - Thur (8 am -5.30 pm), Fri (8 am -2 pm)
Job description
The cleaning supervisor will be working on industrial site overseeing a team of 4-6 operatives following working and health and safety guidelines and ensuring staff are complaint.
The Cleaning Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Cleaning team, ensuring high-standard cleaning and effective management of staff. This position ensures compliance with all regulations, maintains standards of service, and provides guidance and leadership to team members. The Cleaning Supervisor is pivotal in fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.
To provide and maintain a high standard of cleaning service within contracted buildings, working within the cost limits and resources agreed between the Client and ISS

Operational
- Ensure a high standard of cleaning

- Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site

It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns of work. You will be required to be Garda Vetted and have a clear record. You will be required to be vaccinated against various illnesses.
