MCC Cleaning Services is an established commercial cleaning company employing over 200 staff across the Midlands and West of Ireland. We provide commercial cleaning, healthcare cleaning, industrial cleaning and hygiene services to a wide range of clients including the HSE, manufacturing companies, schools and commercial organisations.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Contracts Manager to join our Operations Team and take responsibility for a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the Midlands.

This is a hands-on management role. You will spend much of your time visiting sites, supporting cleaners, meeting clients and ensuring our contracts are delivered to the highest standards.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of cleaning contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of cleaning services across multiple sites.
• Regularly visiting sites to inspect standards and support cleaning teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to operational issues.
• Managing a team of cleaners across multiple locations.
• Planning and organising absence cover.
• Carrying out quality audits and service inspections.
• Conducting staff inductions, probation reviews and return-to-work meetings.
• Supporting recruitment and training of cleaning staff.
• Identifying operational improvements and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring company procedures and health and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Working closely with the Operations Manager to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• At least 2 years' experience managing staff across multiple sites.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management or another service-based environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning ability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload.
• Full clean driving licence.

Desirable

• Commercial cleaning industry experience.
• Experience managing healthcare or regulated environments.
• Experience using workforce management or time and attendance systems.
• Experience carrying out quality audits or inspections.
