Due to continued expansion, MCC Cleaning Services is recruiting Industrial Cleaners to join our Specialist Cleaning Division.This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in delivering high standards. Previous experience in industrial cleaning, construction cleaning, window cleaning, or specialist cleaning is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial window cleaning using Reach & Wash systems
  • Traditional window cleaning techniques
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Deep cleaning of kitchens, washrooms and production areas
  • Post-construction and builders' cleans
  • Specialist cleanroom cleaning
  • High-level and industrial cleaning projects
  • Operating cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Full clean Category B driving licence
  • Safe Pass certification
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Requirements

  • MEWP certification
  • Previous industrial cleaning experience
  • Experience in construction or specialist cleaning environments
