Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
Why us?

• The Cloud Support Associate Internship Program provides interns with the technical and functional skills training based on Cloud Support Builder standards.
• On a typical day, a Cloud Support Builder will be primarily responsible for solving customer’s cases through customer contact channels (e.g., telephone, email, and web/live chat). They apply troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions for our customers by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
• A Cloud Support Builder may also develop, train, partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives, participate in new hiring, write tools/script to help the team, or work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives.

The internship is a fixed term program, the start date will be April 2027 for a duration of 6 months.
