Kitchen Porter @ Le Petit Delice

A welcoming ambiance, regular customers, friendly team in the centre of Galway

We are now recruiting a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our team!

The Role

  • General cleaning duties across all sections of the kitchen. FIlling up HACCP records
  • Maintaining a supply of cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times.
  • Make sure that all food is correctly recorded and labelled when stored.
  • Keep the food and supply storage areas organised.
  • Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries.
  • Assist with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when required.

The Candidate

  • A fast learner and a previous experience in a kitchen
  • Good communication skills including a strong command of the English language.
  • Strong ability to work alone as well as collaborate within a team environment.
  • The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.

The Benefits

  • Meals are provided while on duty.
  • No early or late shift. At the earliest you start at 9am .At the latest you finish at 7pm

Pay: €14.15 per hour
