At Career Vision Recruiters we are looking to speak to all experienced Chef De Partie for a well know hospitality establishment in Dublin City Centre. This position will provide opportunities to work alongside some very talented chefs and will offer excellent career progression and development. They offer an excellent rate of pay for the right Candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare exceptional meals under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Collaborate with managers to maintain top-tier food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure optimal product rotation in chillers to reduce wastage.
  • Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment spotless and well-maintained.
  • Adhere to kitchen policies and service standards while showcasing your culinary flair and creativity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
  • A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a hunger to learn and grow.
