We are looking for 2 reliable Leaflet Distribution Quality Checkers to join our team.

The main purpose of this role is to carry out door-to-door quality checks on our leaflet distribution campaigns.

You will travel to areas where our distribution teams have been working, knock on a selection of residential doors and confirm whether the correct leaflets have been delivered and whether the assigned area has been completed properly.

The majority of work will be across Dublin and surrounding areas. However, our campaigns operate nationwide, so there may occasionally be a requirement to travel outside Dublin, including overnight stays when required.

Main Responsibilities

- Travel to assigned areas and carry out quality-control checks

- Knock on residential doors and confirm whether the correct leaflets were received

- Check that distribution teams have completed their assigned areas correctly and in full

- Accurately record each check using the company work phone

- Identify and report missed streets, houses, incorrect deliveries or other issues

- Provide clear feedback to the office following checks

- Follow assigned maps and checking instructions

- Occasionally travel outside Dublin to check nationwide campaigns

Secondary Duties

While door checking and quality control will be the main responsibility, you may occasionally be required to:

- Collect and drop off leaflets to distribution teams

- Collect campaign materials

- Carry out leaflet distribution in smaller areas when required

- Assist with other field-based duties relating to active campaigns

Working Hours

This is a flexible position, with hours based on our active campaigns and workload.

Hours can range from 0 to 40 hours per week, and 40 hours are not guaranteed.

There is flexibility around working times, and some campaigns may require work outside the standard 9–5 working day. Applicants should therefore be reasonably flexible with their availability.

Occasional travel around Ireland may also be required, which can include overnight stays.

Requirements

- Full, clean driving licence – essential

- Own car – essential

- Comfortable using your own vehicle for work

- Reliable and punctual

- Good attention to detail

- Comfortable knocking on doors and speaking with members of the public

- Comfortable walking residential areas

- Able to work independently

- Flexible with working hours when required

- Willing to travel outside Dublin and stay overnight occasionally

- Comfortable using a smartphone, maps and navigation apps

- Good knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas would be an advantage

Previous experience in leaflet distribution, field work, delivery or quality control would be useful but is not essential, as training will be provided.
