Full job description

We are currently seeking chefs of all grades, from commis level to senior CDP as we grow and expand our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to gain experience in a fast paced kitchen along with the opportunity to grown and upskill within their role. The ideal candidate will have

  • Highest standards in cleanliness & food hygiene
  • A willingness to continuously develop professionally
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • HACCP trained
  • A real team player
  • A good command of the English language

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
