Junior/ Graduate Finance Executive

The Auto Boland Group is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Graduate Finance Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and business operations within one of Ireland’s leading motor groups.

This role is ideally suited to someone interested in developing a career in accounting, financial reporting, or commercial finance, with hands-on exposure to real business processes.

About the Role

As a Graduate Finance Executive, you will support the Finance team in the day-to-day running of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.

You will gain practical experience in core accounting tasks, financial reporting, and data analysis, while working closely with internal departments to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations
  • Support preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations (bank, supplier, and intercompany)
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
  • Assist with audits and year-end financial processes
  • Contribute to financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in accounting, finance, or commercial business
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment

Programme & Development
