Full job description

Practice ManagerConsultant-Led Women's Health, Obstetrics & Aesthetics · Dublin

Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: From €55,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus

About us

Our two Dublin clinics are led by an experienced consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, and care for women at every stage of life.

We provide world-class obstetric and gynaecological care, from pregnancy and birth through to HRT, menopause and endometriosis. We bring expertise to menopause, pelvic floor and vaginal health, and advanced skin and aesthetic treatments.

We're looking for a Practice Manager to take ownership of how both clinics run and to build the team behind the experience our patients have come to expect.

The role

This is the role at the heart of the practice, spanning two different but complementary sides of what we do. You'll set the standard for a polished patient experience and help grow the clinic's profile. You'll bring calm, meticulous organisation and discretion to a busy clinic.

At the start you'll be close to the front line, leading from the desk, learning our patients, our clinicians and our systems inside out. As you find your feet, the focus moves to running operations across both sites and building the reception and administrative team around you. This is a role with real scope: the right person will grow it into a senior operational leadership position as the practice expands.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day running of both clinics, keeping everything organised, calm and running to time
  • Set the standard for an exceptional, discreet patient experience - in person, on the phone and by message
  • Manage clinic diaries, appointments, recalls and confirmations so the patient journey is seamless from end to end
  • Coordinate the consultant's clinic lists and liaise smoothly with the hospital and referring GPs
  • Handle payments, deposits, treatment packages and private health insurance claims accurately through our systems
  • Help shape the patient experience, treatment packages and the clinic's presence and profile
  • Lead recruitment - hiring, onboarding and developing the reception and administrative team as we grow
  • Coordinate rotas and cover across both sites, and keep the whole team pulling in the same direction
  • Continually raise the bar - spotting what could run better and driving the improvements to make it happen
  • Keep records accurate

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Previous experience in a healthcare clinic - women's health, obstetrics, gynaecology, aesthetics or another premium clinic setting is a real advantage
  • Confident and capable with technology - practice management systems, payment systems and everyday digital tools
  • A warm, polished, patient-facing manner
  • Exceptionally organised
  • A natural leader, ready to build and manage a team and confident making decisions
  • Happy to be hands-on and lead from the front

Nice to have

  • An interest in social media and helping grow the clinic's presence and profile
  • Familiarity with private health insurance claims and consultant practice administration

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary starting from €55,000, depending on experience
  • Performance bonus for hitting and exceeding agreed milestones
  • Generous employee discounts on treatments
  • Company pension
  • Annual training and professional development budget
  • The chance to shape how a growing, ambitious practice runs, and to grow into a senior role as we expand
