Full job description

We are looking for a receptionist / administrator to join Ireland’s top dental clinics in a full time role.

Our practice team is professional, trustworthy, dependable, friendly, highly motivated and full of initiative. We are looking for a candidate able to contribute positively as a part of the team.

Position will include:

  • Front of house and general reception duties – greeting, welcoming and directing patients, answering incoming phone calls and handling correspondence.
  • Offering administrative support by receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries, insurance processing and handling medical records and schedule management.
  • Some flexibility is required as the hours for the position are varied and will include shift work.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional attitude and appearance.
  • Pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with iMac
  • Ability to multitask with good time-management skills.
  • High school degree; an additional certificate in Office Management and/or Administration is a plus.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Required experience:

Receptionist / Administrator: 2-3 years ideally, medical background preferably
