Full job description

Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, the successful candidate will ensure excellent merchandising standards, effective brand presentation and outstanding customer service across a network of retail partners. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to customer locations primarily throughout Dublin, as well as Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, Westmeath, Longford, Cavan and surrounding counties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining Fleetwood's reputation for excellence at the point of sale. The position requires an organised, self-motivated individual who can manage a structured schedule of customer visits while building strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Store Presentation

· Merchandise Fleetwood products in accordance with agreed planograms and merchandising standards.

· Ensure products are correctly priced, positioned and displayed at all times.

· Maintain clean, organised and customer-ready displays throughout all retail locations.

· Monitor stock presentation and ensure excess stock is managed appropriately

· Install and maintain colour cards, POS materials, window graphics, display stands and other branding materials.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

· Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners, managers and retail staff.

· Represent Fleetwood Paints in a professional manner at all times.

· Respond proactively to customer requirements and communicate opportunities or issues to management.

· Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives within stores

Territory & Schedule Management

· Complete all scheduled customer visits within agreed timeframes.

· Effectively manage daily routes and workload across the assigned territory.

· Maintain accurate records of store visits and merchandising activities.

· Provide photographic evidence and regular updates on completed work where required.

Installations & Technical Support

· Assist with new store installations and refurbishment projects

· Support the replacement and installation of merchandising stands and display equipment.

· Update software and carry out basic maintenance of tinting equipment where required.

· Work closely with the Merchandising Operations Manager to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.

The Ideal Candidate

· Previous merchandising experience (essential).

· Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

· The ability to work independently and manage a busy travel schedule.

· Good literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.

· A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.

Pay: €32,650.00 per year
