As a Visual Merchandiser at Fields and Fraser Hart (Anthony Nicholas Group), you play a pivotal role in creating inviting window displays and an inspiring in‑store environment that encourages customers to explore our collections. You will design and maintain high visual standards, bringing our brand identity to life through thoughtful merchandising. Your work will support the wider team in delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Design and execute visually compelling displays that not only align with brand guidelines but also reflect a thoughtful visual strategy driven by your creativity.
  • Apply creativity across displays, product presentation, and styling to bring products to life in a way that resonates with target customers.
  • Source and curate high‑quality display elements that enhance the storytelling of each window concept and bring the overall presentation to life.
  • Work closely with the Buying & Merchandising team to plan and execute the visual strategy, coordinating new product launches, seasonal stories, and promotional campaigns, as well as monitoring store KPIs and taking proactive actions to support business targets, goals, and budgets.
  • Support and develop the store teams in visual presentation and commercial awareness to elevate product storytelling.
  • Develop and communicate visual merchandising guidelines for stores, ensuring consistent brand presentation, effective execution of campaigns, and alignment with seasonal and promotional initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with current retail merchandising and display trends adopted across the industry.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor visual merchandising and in-store trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform and enhance the brand’s own visual strategy and in-store presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regional Management, and Buying teams to ensure visual merchandising strategies are aligned with company strategy.
  • Ensure all safety, security and administrative procedures are consistently followed.

ABOUT YOU :

  • Minimum of 2 years’ regional-level visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with a creative approach
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an excellent experience
  • Full clean driver’s licence
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required

Please note: This position involves regular travel across Ireland and the UK and is primarily store-based, requiring on-site work within retail locations. It is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week.
