Full job description

Cinnamood Dublin is looking for a highly experienced Senior Barista to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who not only makes exceptional coffee but also leads by example on the floor, delivers outstanding customer service, and helps maintain smooth daily operations in a busy café environment.

At Cinnamood, we combine specialty coffee, creative drinks, and signature cinnamon rolls to create a memorable customer experience. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Support day-to-day floor management during busy hours
  • Train and guide junior staff and new baristas
  • Maintain coffee quality, workflow, and service standards
  • Handle orders, payments, and POS operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years barista experience in busy cafés
  • Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during high-volume periods
  • Leadership mindset and ability to support team members
  • Full-time availability and flexibility with shifts
