Full job description

Hiring for our new location!!

We are looking for experienced Baristas and Servers to join the team for our new Happy Out x Together Academy at the Docklands.

We expect to be very busy so experience in dealing with very high volumes whilst maintaining the highest standards is key to this role.

Main roles include but are not limited to:
- Making coffees and ensuring the coffee is served quickly and at the best quality, training will be provided for this.
- Serving tables and making sure everyone is well looked after
- Opening and Closing procedures, you may be required to lock up or open up.
- Ensuring the coffee machine and area is cleaned and perfectly ready for the next morning before leaving.
- Ensure the shelves are well stocked, being proactive on the slower periods to get these jobs ticked off is key.

- Dialling in the coffee machine and ensuring all equipments in started up properly and finished and cleaned properly each day.

Staff will be working together with young adults with Down Syndrome, supported by the Together Academy. This will bring an incredible warmth, energy, and experience to the cafe. If this is something you are not comfortable with, unfortunately the role is not for you.
