Post Summary:-The Administrative Officer role in the Quality Office is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance, quality enhancement and regulatory functions across the university.
The scope of responsibilities for the role include:
Trinity’s internal cycle of quality assurance as outlined in the Framework for Quality in Trinity
Regulatory oversight of Trinity’s Linked Providers Quality Assurance
Arrangements for the quality assurance and enhancement of Trinity’s collaborative programmes including Dual and Joint degrees, and other relevant aspects of Trinity’s education partnerships delivered nationally and internationally.
Reporting to the Quality Officer and working with other members of the Quality Office team, other units within Trinity Teaching & Learning and across the university, the Administrative Officer assists in the provision of assurance to University Council and College Board that Trinity is meeting both its statutory obligations and its strategic objectives in respect of Quality Assurance.
Post status: Permanent Contract
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€59,589 - €70,018 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
