Full job description

The Marlin Hotel is a vibrant and exciting new hotel in the centre of Dublin. We have 301 guest bedrooms, 2 restaurants, a busy bar, a terrace, and a coffee horsebox. Our culinary team is now looking to expand to support our busy operation. We're seeking a Part Time Chef de Partie, who shares our passion for quality service and exceptional guest experiences.

What Experience Do We Look for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various kitchen stations.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach to culinary arts.
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and coordinate junior team members.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assisting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the kitchen.
  • Collaborating with the front of house team to ensure seamless service.
  • Taking responsibility for a specific kitchen station, as designated by the Head Chef.
  • Supporting the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
