Gym Plus Provides vibrant environments that inspire and enrich our communities through exercise. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our front of House team.​

RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Provide a warm welcome to club members & visitors.​
  • Operate member management system, financial transactions & general administration.​
  • Positively handle incoming enquiries and feedback.​
  • Support the swim academy booking and enquiries.​
  • Conduct club membership tours and assist members joining the club.​

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS​

  • Ideally one year experience gained in a similar role​
  • Excellent organisational, IT skills, communication and interpersonal skills​
  • Friendly, ready to smile and presentable​
  • Can work independently as well as part of an energetic and dynamic team.​
  • Must be agile and able to adapt to a growing organisation.​
  • Reliable and trustworthy​
  • Highly professional with close attention to detail
