- Apply brand guidelines, mandatory copy, legal or claims guardrails and internal quality standards accurately.
- Organize project files and exports so assets can be reviewed, revised and handed off efficiently.
- Respond constructively to feedback and complete revisions accurately and on time.
- Participate in creative reviews and develop an understanding of why specific concepts and executions perform.
- Support simple in-house photography, videography or UGC production as skills develop.
- Contribute ideas and references that can improve creative output across client campaigns.
What You'll Bring

- Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Experience creating content specifically for Meta, TikTok, Reels or other short-form platforms.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and an interest in using them to support ideation, visual development, editing and content iteration.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or motion-graphics tools.
- A good eye for composition, pacing, typography, hierarchy and mobile-first storytelling.
- Ability to follow a brief, apply feedback carefully and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with brand guidelines or across several visual identities.
- Curiosity about advertising, audience behavior and what makes creative perform.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and file-management habits.
- Collaborative, dependable and comfortable learning in a fast-moving team environment.
Nice to Have
- Basic photography, videography, lighting or audio skills.
- Experience creating or appearing in UGC-style content.
- An understanding of paid-social metrics or creative testing principles a plus.
Why You'll Love Working Here

- Learn directly from experienced creative leaders in a collaborative, supportive environment.
