Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Ireland and be in good standing with the applicable professional body.

What You’ll Do

• Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
• Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.
• Licensed legal practitioner in Ireland, in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Commitment: This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position staffed via HireArt. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Ireland. Applicants must be a licensed legal practitioner in Ireland, in good standing.
