Full job description

HireArt is helping Moritz identify experienced Contract Lawyers to join a modern, high-performing legal platform built for today’s technology-driven business environment.

Moritz is redefining how legal services are delivered, combining the rigor of top-tier legal work with the flexibility and speed that fast-growing companies demand. Through its curated network of independent attorneys, they support leading technology companies with high-quality legal expertise on a project basis.

This is not a traditional law firm role. As part of the company's network, you’ll have the autonomy to select projects aligned with your expertise, manage your own schedule, and focus on delivering impactful legal work without the constraints of a conventional firm structure.

If you’re an experienced commercial contracts attorney looking for flexible, project-based work with top tech clients, this is an opportunity to do meaningful legal work on your terms. Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Ireland and be in good standing with the applicable professional body.

Example project types include:
  • SaaS agreements
  • Vendor and supplier contracts
  • NDAs and data processing agreements
  • Commercial terms and conditions
  • General contract review and redlining for tech companies
What You’ll Do

  • Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
  • Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.
  • Licensed legal practitioner in Ireland, in good standing.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Commitment: This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position staffed via HireArt. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Ireland. Applicants must be a licensed legal practitioner in Ireland, in good standing.
