Job Title: Graduate Resource Manager

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Location: Within the IAC Group Worldwide (Must be available and comfortable with international travel)

Graduate Project Management Program Overview

This structured 18-month contract Graduate Program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience necessary for a successful career in Resource Management. Participants will work closely with the Production Management Team and assume responsibility for designated projects, gaining hands-on experience in key operational areas.

Throughout the program, graduates will develop essential Project Management competencies, including:

  • Team Management
  • Workforce Planning
  • Managing Budgets

Through role-specific training, early responsibility, and mentorship from experienced professionals, graduates will gain invaluable insights into the operations of the IAC Group. Exposure to multiple areas of the business and international locations will provide a deep understanding of our high standards, customer expectations, and the impact of their contributions to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with project milestones and targets.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Production Managers to align operational activities with project timelines and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project and operational goals.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing project budgets, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
  • Contribute to the effective management of expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and operational efficiency targets.
  • Maintain high standards within the hangar, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and cleanliness requirements.
  • Ensure all production employees comply with safety regulations, training requirements, and company standards.
  • Stay informed about company policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and adherence across teams.
  • Oversee the completion and proper documentation of layover processes in compliance with company policies.
  • Motivate the production team, fostering a collaborative, problem-solving culture.
  • Ensure production employees meet training, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide clear direction, leadership, and performance management, supporting individual and team development.
  • Support the Project Manager in resource scheduling, including labor allocation, overtime, and holiday management.
  • Support the Project Manager / HR in managing headcount, absenteeism, training, and performance evaluation.
