Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly growing company. We are a company that primarily operates in Civil Engineering. We are Donegal based but operate throughout the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional early in their career looking to develop their skills and gain hands on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with management and monitoring of costs.

Assist with tenders, estimates, and budgeting.

Prepare and review interim valuations.

Maintain accurate records of operational, financial, and contractual information.

Assist with materials procurement.

Assist with document management.

Liaise with project teams, contactors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or other relevant field.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other general IT systems.

Strong communication skills.

Strong initiative, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable, but not required:

Previous experience working full time, under an internship, or on placement in a Quantity Surveying or Project Management role.

Previous experience working in Civils.
