Site Agent – Immediate Start

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to €85,000
  • Subsistence: €14 per day
  • Extras: Company vehicle, fuel card, toll tag
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Start Date: Immediate

About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on a variety of civils and utilities projects. You’ll be part of a supportive, safety-focused team and play a key role in delivering high-quality work from the ground up.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Full, clean driver’s licence
  • Strong civils background, ideally including water infrastructure, roads, cycle lanes, and public-realm works
  • Hands-on experience supervising site teams and delivering daily tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and implement plans on site
  • Strong knowledge of HSQE requirements and ground support systems
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project workflows
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across multiple projects
  • Lead site crews, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at all times
  • Interpret drawings and instructions, implementing works accurately on the ground
  • Ensure resources, plant, and materials are available and used efficiently
  • Liaise with Site Agent, subcontractors, and clients regarding progress and issues
  • Manage on-site HSQE compliance, traffic management, and public safety
  • Maintain site records, progress reports, and handover documentation
