Location: Tralee, IE, V92 E3CE
Onsite / Hybrid / Remote: Hybrid (< 50% remote)

We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team based in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This is a full-time, 15 months contract minimum.

As HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and strengthening organisational culture. You’ll partner with leaders across the business, helping to build strong, engaged teams while ensuring we have the talent and capability needed for the future.


This is a dynamic, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives on collaboration, autonomy, and making a meaningful difference.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide practical, solution-focused HR guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Lead and support investigations, grievance, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and integrity.
  • Deliver and drive HR projects and initiatives independently across the organisation.
  • Support Global Mobility activities, including tax queries, visa processes, and travel documentation.
  • Contribute to compensation processes, including benchmarking and aligning salaries with market data and internal frameworks.

What We’re Looking For


  • A third-level qualification in Human Resources (essential).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation (essential).
  • Understanding of Northern Ireland employment law (desirable).
  • Full clean driving licence (essential).
