Full job description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you're a key part of the team that keeps everything ticking and making sure our kitchen is spotless and safe. You don’t need tons of experience — just a great attitude, a love for food, and a strong work ethic.

Reporting to: General Manager
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: €14.15–€14.50 per hour depending on experience and role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Versatile Team Player – Help the kitchen get set up for the day, washing dishes, and jump in wherever needed.

  • Hygiene Hero – Follow our cleaning checklists and make sure every surface, piece of kit and corner of the kitchen is spotless.

  • Process Perfection – Stick to our prep procedures and kitchen SOPs, making sure everything is efficient and running smoothly.

  • Food Safety – Follow food safety rules to the letter, ensuring we meet the highest hygiene and allergen safety standards.

  • Health & Safety – Support your GM in keeping the kitchen a safe, well-run space.

  • All Hands On Deck – You’re ready to help the wider team during busy times, especially the lunch rush.
