Chef de Partie | Adare Village

Join a culinary team where passion meets precision. Located in the heart of historic Adare Village, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who takes pride in every plate and thrives in a high-standard kitchen environment.

This is a full-time position designed for a professional who values a consistent work-life balance without compromising on culinary excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute service for a specific station with speed, efficiency, and consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine seasonal menu offerings.
  • Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene, safety, and organization (HACCP).
  • Manage prep lists and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
  • Mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Ensure every dish meets our signature presentation and flavor profiles before leaving the pass.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and a genuine passion for modern gastronomy.
  • Full authorization to work in Ireland.
  • Reliable personal transport, as public transit options in the area are limited.
  • Ability to work a schedule focused on evenings and weekends.
