Full job description

Foley's Townhouse & Restaurant is inviting applications for experienced waiting staff roles in our 4 star, family run property. Foley's has been delighting guests to Killarney for over 75 years. Located in the centre of Killarney on High Street, Foley's Townhouse offers 29 individually styled bedrooms and has an award winning restaurant.

The main duties and responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • To take food & drink orders from guests.
  • To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a very high standard in the restaurant.

Previous experience in a busy restaurant, with a very strong knowledge of wines and beverages is essential.

Good understanding of written and spoken English also desirable.
