Tougher’s Restaurant | Naas, Co. Kildare

Tougher’s Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Restaurant Floor Staff to join our growing Front of House team.

We are offering a full-time position with morning shifts and flexible working hours, including some weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch and restaurant service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work closely with management and kitchen staff.
  • Support colleagues during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekdays and weekends.
