Full job description

Marlfield House is located just outside Gorey on the Courtown Road. With two restaurants The Duck and The Conservatory . The Duck opened is casual dining restaurant and has received numerous awards for its food, service and atmosphere and is included in The Michelin Guide. The Duck offers a unique dining experience in a casual setting and a warm and friendly working environment among a friendly and strong team of professionals. The Conservatory is a more formal dining experience and has also won numerous awards over the years

We are currently recruiting for the position of Server / Waitress/ Waiter in both restaurants to start asap.

The successful applicant will be comfortable looking after customers in a friendly and caring manner.. Good communication skill, a love of hospitality and pride in their work will be a must. At least 6 months years experience front of house and server position is required.

Responsibilities include making guests feel welcome , taking food and drink orders , serving guests lunch and dinner.

Skills Required: Table service experience, front of house experience, warm and friendly manner, Wine knowledge, good communication skills and an organised approach to work
