Osborne is currently recruiting for a front of house reception admin to join a professional services organisation based in Dundalk on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers & employee providing a friendly and professional service.
  • Ensures all meetings are set up professionally, including refreshments
  • Coordinate company travel and accommodation arrangements, support event planning and logistics, and ensure all related documentation is maintained accurately.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the office, maintaining supplies, managing meeting facilities, and ensuring a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers, coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and workplace improvement projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration, or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
