- Experienced Food and Beverage Associates - Monday to Friday and must be fully available to work any shift pattern across Breakfast, Lunch Dinner and Banquet service.

Resposibilties

• Experience in a similar background is desirable
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to the required hotel standards.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and personalised service throughout their visit.
• Have a good knowledge of menus, ingredients and daily specials.
• Be aware of and confidently communicate dietary and allergen information.
• Set up and clear tables to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant, bar and service areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team.
• Assist with weddings, meetings, conferences and other hotel events.
• Respond positively to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly, escalating when required.
• Follow all hotel, food safety, health & safety and service procedures.
• Support colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
