Waiter/ Waitress positions available

We are looking for committed part-time staff to join our team. Must have the ability to communicate courteously and effectively. A candidate who is motivated, enthusiastic, & a hardworking individual. Also, importantly a passionate person who gets along with colleagues & customers alike

Requirements:

  • Following directions and examples of senior staff and managers
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Taking care of customers dining experience
  • Must have Food & Beverage knowledge & experience
  • Communicating with customers to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Adhering to checklists provided, keeping the restaurant clean and orderly at all times
  • Delivering food, drinks and re-setting tables
  • Up selling products to enhance sales and customers experience
  • Following training plans
  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a timely manner
  • Building rapport with the customers, getting to know locals and chatting in a friendly professional manner to guests

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as waiting staff in a busy food and beverage venue
  • Team orientated
