Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress
The Royal Valentia Hotel

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering warm, professional and efficient service to our guests across the bar, restaurant, breakfast service and events. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining the high standards of hospitality expected at The Royal Valentia Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service at all times.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
  • Set up and clear tables, ensuring all dining areas are clean and well presented.
  • Prepare and maintain service stations before, during and after service.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Work as part of the wider hotel team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support weddings, functions and special events as required.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Staff Accommodation also available for the right candidate

Pay: From €14.25 per hour
