Bartender – The Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge, Co. Kildare

Join our vibrant and welcoming team at The Keadeen Hotel, a family-run, four-star hotel with a reputation for exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and beverage, and warm customer service. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to become part of our renowned Food & Beverage team.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver excellent guest experiences across our bar outlets
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and to high standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
  • Upsell beverages and share your knowledge of our drinks menu
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar and service operations
  • Comply with all licensing, health and safety regulations

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or hotel environment
  • A passion for hospitality and a flair for customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible to work up to 5 days per week, on any given day, including midweek
  • Applicants must be aged 18 years or over due to the essential requirements of the role, which include duties associated with the sale and service of alcohol and the requirement to work late night shifts, including shifts that may finish after midnight.
