We support leading brands across logistics, automotive, retail, ports, food production and more — including Coca‑Cola, Eddie Stobart, Morrison’s, Jaguar Land Rover, AO.com and JD Sports.

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our specialist EMM Technical and Sales Order Dispatch teams looking for a motivated junior technician with existing technical support experience and an interest in enterprise mobility to perform in this hybrid role.

The Role

We’re searching for a Junior Technical Support Technician (EMM Services) who has worked in a technical support environment and is keen to develop their skills across mobility platforms and EMM technologies.

This role offers structured progression toward mid‑level responsibilities, with technical training and support from senior engineers and vendors leading to industry recognised certifications.

Working Pattern

  • Monday – Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift between: 08:00–18:00
  • On‑site in our Dublin office
  • Progression includes joining the 24/7 P1/P2 on‑call rota (with additional allowance)

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Device Management

  • Handle technical support cases via phone, email, and web portal
  • Support and manage Android, Windows, iOS, Linux and legacy Windows Mobile/CE devices
  • Deploy software updates, configuration changes and policies across large device fleets
  • Troubleshoot mobility, printing and EMM‑related issues across multiple platforms

EMM Operations & Change Control

  • Work with EMM tools to configure, manage and secure enterprise mobility estates
  • Assist with change review calls and lead them as you progress
  • Carry out deployments and updates following Renovotec’s change control processes
  • Work with third‑party providers to drive technical resolutions

Infrastructure & Platform Support

  • Perform monitoring and maintenance of Windows Server environments
  • Assist with MSSQL‑related tasks (with training)
  • Support virtualised environments (VMware Cloud Director)

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Produce clear customer‑facing and internal documentation
  • Support cross‑departmental project delivery
  • Contribute to knowledge base content and troubleshooting guides
  • Work with colleagues across the business to ensure high‑quality service delivery

Sales Order Dispatch

· Book in equipment that is delivered to us on a daily basis.

· Configure devices to a certain specification so they work out of the box when they reach a customer.

· Assemble a full kit list of equipment that the customer requires and despatch it to them in a timely manner.

· Management of stock control within the Dublin office.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, service desk, or similar environment
  • Strong customer‑service and communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow structured processes and manage workload effectively

· Basic networking knowledge.

· Communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft office and Windows operating system.

  • Experience in how a computer operates.

Desirable (Not Required — Full Training Provided)

Enterprise Mobility & EMM Platforms

Experience with tools such as SOTI, 42Gears, Ivanti Avalanche, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or Samsung Knox Suite.

Operating Systems

Familiarity with Android, iOS/macOS, Windows Desktop, or Windows Server.

Related Technologies

Awareness of technologies like barcode scanning, virtualisation, MSSQL, printer support, wireless/networking basics, Telnet applications, or basic scripting (e.g., JavaScript).

Location Requirement

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Unit D5, Swords Enterprise Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, or plan to relocate.

Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland.

Occasional travel to UK might be required, details to be discussed during the interview.
