PM Group is undertaking a major business transformation programme through the implementation of a new group-wide ERP platform. As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced ERP Workstream Manager to lead the Resource Management, Project Delivery and Operations workstream.
This is a 12-month contract role and can be based in either our Dublin or Cork office, with a hybrid working model. :

PM Group is undertaking a major business transformation programme through the implementation of a new group-wide ERP platform. As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced ERP Workstream Manager to lead the Resource Management, Project Delivery and Operations workstream.
This role will play a critical part in shaping how PM Group plans, allocates, manages and reports on project resources across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Project Delivery, Finance, HR/HCM and implementation partners to ensure that resource management processes, governance and system capabilities support the future needs of the business.
This is a 12-month contract role and can be based in either our Dublin or Cork office, with a hybrid working model.
- Partner with SPOCs, functional leads and business stakeholders across Operations, Project Delivery, Service Delivery and Resource Management through the lifecycle of the ERP project.
- Assist in clarifying requirements, review and input to the design, defining reporting requirements, identifying and resolving gaps between Requirements Traceability Matrix and Out-of-the-Box functionality of the ERP system.
- Assist in identifying any customisations required, scoping requirements and reviewing proposed designs.
- In conjunction with the SPOCs and functional leads, review and provide comments/feedback on solution designs, proposed configurations and evolving system builds, ensuring alignment with business requirements, operating model objectives and resource management processes.
- Lead the project management, co-ordination, reporting and escalations for the workstream and the coordination/interface with HCM, Finance and other workstreams.
- Lead and support the design, implementation and adoption of resource management capabilities within the ERP platform, including resource allocation, capacity planning, utilisation management, forecasting, workforce planning and alignment of project delivery resources with operational demand.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR/HCM and Delivery teams to establish effective resource planning processes, reporting frameworks, governance structures and business readiness for successful adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) / Digital Business analytics qualifications would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience delivering ERP-enabled transformation programmes, including ownership of support of Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Workforce Planning workstream, Project Delivery or Operations workstreams, ideally with an Engineering, consulting or project-based environment.
- Experience working with engineering, project-based, professional services or consulting environments.
- Experience working with, supporting or implementing resource management systems, workforce planning, project portfolio management (PPM) or professional services automation (PSA) solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in one or more of the following: resource allocation and workforce planning, capacity and demand management, utilisation tracking and forecasting, skills and resource availability management, resource governance and reporting, integration between project delivery, operations, finance and HCM functions.
- Experience with platforms such as Deltek, Workday, Clarity PPM, Planview, Oracle PPM, SAP PPM, SAP PS, Dynamics 365 Project Operations or similar solutions would be highly advantageous.
