Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing global marketing team for a 12 month contract. In this role, you will play an active part in bringing the Catalyx brand to life across multiple channels and markets — from crafting compelling content to coordinating impactful events and campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-moving, technology-driven B2B environment with a strong focus on life sciences and industrial automation. You will work directly with, and report to, the Global Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation Channel Management

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging marketing content across digital and print channels, including website, LinkedIn, sales material, email newsletters, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

  • Ensure all content is consistent with Catalyx brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging framework.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales team to develop compelling product and solution narratives.

  • Maintain and update the Catalyx website with fresh, relevant content.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions across Europe and North America.

  • Manage event logistics including booth setup, promotional materials, delegate registration, and post-event follow-up activities.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, exhibition organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Track event ROI and compile post-event reports with learnings and recommendations.

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, email, SEO/SEM).

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of webinars, including content development, speaker management, platform setup, and post event follow up.

  • Support the management of marketing automation workflows and email campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline goals and ensure effective lead handover.

  • Maintain accurate marketing records and campaign data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

  • Assist in preparing regular marketing performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

  • Support the tracking of marketing KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or graduate experience considered).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English at a professional level.
