The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Administrator to be a central point of contact for our sales activities across our blinds, curtains, and acoustic treatment offerings. This role is crucial in supporting the sales process, generating valuable leads across all product lines, and ensuring smooth operations. You will be instrumental in driving our business forward across Ireland and the UK, with your efforts directly linked to potential earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Proactively identify and research potential new clients and projects across our range of commercial blinds, curtains, and acoustic interior treatments within our target markets.
  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, managing documentation, and coordinating appointments for all product lines.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accuracy, ensuring all sales-related information is up-to-date for all projects and product types.
  • Communication: Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries related to our full suite of products, providing professional and efficient responses.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify trends across our different product categories in both the Irish and UK markets.
  • Order Processing: Support the smooth processing of sales orders for blinds, curtains, and acoustic treatments, liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Proactive Follow-up: Assist in following up on leads and outstanding quotations for all our product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a sales-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to contribute to sales growth across a diverse product range.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in the construction or interiors industry (advantageous but not essential).
