Highway Safety Developments Ltd., is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. The role is a permanent full-time contract, full training, and on-going support, will be provided by our existing experienced sales team.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector or business to business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for clients. Process orders from enquiry to order received by phone, email and web enquiry and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Sales Support: Timely communications with client enquiries, ensuring that all enquiries are processed efficiently and in a professional manner and provide necessary information on products, services, and delivery times. Follow up with clients regarding orders and provide post-sales support. Manage and process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in line with company policies.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage sales reports, tracking sales leads, and performance.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored signage solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside the production and design teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution to ensure orders are completed on time.
