About Castle-Forms

Castle-Forms is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulated construction systems for new builds and retrofits. We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Representative to expand our regional market footprint.

Role Overview

In this autonomous role, you will maintain existing customer relationships while actively identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. You will work closely with contractors and developers, reporting directly to the Sales Manager with full expert product training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales: Develop and execute regional strategies to consistently exceed targets.
  • New Business: Proactively identify and convert new opportunities across the construction sector.
  • Build Relationships: Partner with contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate activity reporting.
  • Client Guidance: Assess project requirements, conduct site meetings, and provide technical product support.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Castle-Forms at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales role, ideally within the new-build construction sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Northern Ireland/ROI construction market with an active network of contacts.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting targets, closing sales, and working independently.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, commercial awareness, and MS Office skills.
  • Mobility: Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
