Temporary Marketing Assistant

Trinity Motor Group

Wicklow Town, Co. Wicklow
Full-Time | Monday–Friday Fixed-Term Contract: May–October 2026

Fixed Term Contract.

Trinity Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Temporary Marketing Assistant to join our team in Wicklow Town for a six-month contract from May to October.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, events and content creation, and would like hands-on experience working with a busy and growing motor group.

About the Role

Working closely with the marketing team, you will support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across Trinity Motor Group’s brands and dealerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling
  • Creating and updating marketing materials, adverts and promotional content
  • Supporting dealership campaigns, launches and local events
  • Updating website content and ensuring information is accurate and current
  • Coordinating photography, video and digital content for vehicles and promotions
  • Monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports
  • Liaising with suppliers, dealerships and the wider marketing team
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing department

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Creative with strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Familiar with Canva, Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools
  • Interested in marketing, content creation and the motor industry
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Previous marketing experience is desirable but not essential. A qualification or studies in marketing, communications, business or a related area would be an advantage.

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
