Job Title: Bar Manager/Head Bar Person

Location: Raheen/Dooradoyle, Limerick, Ireland

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and organized Bar Manager or Head Bar Person to join our team in Raheen/Dooradoyle, Limerick. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to motivate others, and superb customer care skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards in accordance with our brand.
  • Prepare rosters and handle general administration tasks.
  • Supervise and train team members.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean.
  • Track customer behavior and sales to optimize service.
  • Maintain budget and monitor costs.
  • Drive business for sporting events and live music.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
  • Experience with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar/restaurant management platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
