Full job description

The candidate will be office based and will involve answering queries on the phone and organising and liaising with the engineers, scheduling engineers jobs and liaising with clients. Necessary requirement - must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in an office and have experience in accounts. i.e. invoicing, settling accounts. The job is office based for 2 days per week - Tuesdays & Wednesdays with flexibility to cover holidays etc. Hours 9.00am to 5.00 pm. Also candidate needs experience in Word & Excel and knowledge of Sage package, training on the inhouse database will be provided.

Candidate will need to be fluent in English both verbally and in written.
