Delivery Driver/Kitchen Assistant

We are recruiting for a responsible person who is passionate about food, attention to detail & excellent customer service to join our team. Full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work Monday to Friday day time hours, occasional Saturdays. This is a full time position.

Duties would include:

• Deliveries(candidate must have a full clean Irish driving license).
• Work as part of a team to ensure an excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the kitchen area.
• Assist and maintain good order and organisation in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Undertake a range of kitchen duties to include but not exclusively:
• The general cleaning of the kitchen involving the regular cleaning and washing of surfaces, equipment, utensils
• Taking delivery and storage of food orders.
• Working with the team to ensure total compliance with standards, including health and safety. Ensuring all quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to with particular attention to HACCP standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least three years experience in a commercial kitchen

A full clean Irish driving license(applicant must be 25 years or over)

Attention to detail

Working knowledge of HACCP (Desirable criteria)

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Essential criteria)

Excellent personal hygiene

Flexible in their working hours
