What We Do

Maverick develops world-class strategies, brands, communications, websites and campaigns for progressive international industrial companies. We love to delve deep into the core of these brands and help them articulate in a way that resonates more profoundly with their audiences. Our projects range from extensive rebrands to focused campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Create beautiful visuals in the form of motion graphics, video, print material, social media graphics, website graphics, wireframes and presentations.
  • Help develop and maintain brand identities across different marketing channels, ensuring consistency in design elements and messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into creative design solutions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and suggestions.
  • Research current design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques and tools.
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills through self-study, training programs, and workshops.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Portfolio showcasing creative design skills and an understanding of design principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, Video Production or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a designer, preferably from an agency background.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • A track record in creating motion graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and video platforms.
  • Experience in UX/UI design and tools and, a solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Familiarity with video production processes and requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
