We design and deploy digital signage, AI-driven CMS platforms, and self-ordering systems across retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate environments.

- ScreenFusion.ai (AI-powered digital signage CMS)
- Interpos.ai (self-ordering & kiosk software)
- Moytronix (commercial display & kiosk hardware)
Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Growth Specialist to take ownership of our online presence, lead generation, and expansion into new markets.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, not just strategy.
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, improving conversion, and driving measurable growth across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate consistent, high-quality B2B leads
- Build and optimise conversion funnels
- Improve cost per lead and ROI from marketing spend
- Improve messaging and positioning
- Build high-converting landing pages
- Increase demo bookings and enquiries
- Work with developers/designers/product development where required
3. Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting decision-makers
- Launch UK/EU-focused campaigns
- Continuously test and improve performance
4. LinkedIn & Social Content
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence
- Support founder-led content (very important)
- Create content that drives leads:
- Case studies
- Install photos/videos
- Product demos
- Industry insights
5. UK/EU Market Growth
- Support expansion into the UK/EU market
- Create UK/EU-specific landing pages and campaigns
- Help identify and generate reseller/partner leads
6. Performance Tracking
- Monitor:
- Leads generated
- Conversion rates
- Cost per lead
- Report weekly on performance
- Optimise based on results
Required Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or growth role
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing websites and improving conversion
- Strong copywriting skills (clear, direct, sales-focused)
- Self-starter who can work independently
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech
- Experience generating leads (not just content)
- Understanding of analytics tools
What Success Looks Like
Within 60–90 days:
- Increase in qualified inbound leads
- Improved performance from ad spend
- Stronger online presence and engagement
- Growth in UK-based enquiries
