Location: Raheen, Adamstown, Co. Wexford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Moloney Windows is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role focused on delivering excellent customer service and supporting customers throughout their full journey—from initial enquiry and showroom visit through to order completion, payment, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers in the showroom and handle enquiries by phone and email.
  • Guide customers through products and options, ensuring a positive experience from first contact to final purchase.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and job files.
  • Respond to customer queries, including aftercare support following installation.
  • Assist with general office administration and accounts support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
