Location: Raheen, Adamstown, Co. Wexford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Moloney Windows is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is a varied role focused on delivering excellent customer service and supporting customers throughout their full journey—from initial enquiry and showroom visit through to order completion, payment, and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers in the showroom and handle enquiries by phone and email.
- Guide customers through products and options, ensuring a positive experience from first contact to final purchase.
- Prepare and issue quotations and follow up with customers.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and job files.
- Respond to customer queries, including aftercare support following installation.
- Assist with general office administration and accounts support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
