About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our busy motor dealership team. This is a customer-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring an exceptional level of service at all times.
- Manning the front desk and providing a welcoming environment.
- Meeting and greeting customers in a professional manner.
- Answering incoming calls and handling customer queries efficiently.
- Assisting customers and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
- Operating the POS system and managing cash, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Providing clerical support to the Service Department.
- Providing clerical support to the Sales Department.
- Liaising with the Service Administrator to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Carrying out ad hoc duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
