Warehouse Supervisor

Luca Line Services is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in warehouse operations, logistics and deliveries who can support stock organisation, material handling and fleet co-ordination within a growing construction and retrofit company.

As part of our continued growth, LLS is moving from a remote working model into a dedicated office and warehouse facility in Rathcoole. The warehouse is currently in the early stages of setup, with operations and stock levels gradually building as the company continues to expand.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping organise, develop and grow warehouse systems and procedures from the ground up.

The role will include collecting and delivering materials, tools and equipment to and from project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with the day-to-day running and organisation of the warehouse;
* Receiving, checking and organising deliveries and materials;
* Preparing and loading materials and equipment for site crews;
* Collecting and delivering materials, tools and supplies to project sites;
* Maintaining stock control and inventory records using warehouse systems;
* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised at all times;
* Assisting with company vehicle checks and basic fleet organisation;
* Supporting PPE, tools and equipment management;
* Carrying out regular stock checks and reporting shortages or damaged items;
* Following company Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.

Essential Requirements

* Full clean Category B Driving Licence;
* Valid work authorisation for Ireland;
* Previous warehouse, logistics or delivery experience;
* Good organisational and communication skills;
* Manual Handling and Safe Pass certification preferred;
* Forklift licence/certification beneficial;
* Good level of computer literacy;
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
