Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator to lead and support the company’s marketing activities, digital presence, and brand development.

This role is primarily focused on digital marketing, website management, creative content production, and campaign execution, with additional coordination support for operational and administrative tasks within the solar business.

The role requires strong creative and technical ability, excellent organisational skills, and a fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker to support EverPower’s engagement with Chinese suppliers, partners, and clients in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, Digital & Creative (Primary Focus)

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and brand strategies
• Design, manage, and continuously improve company websites
• Create high-quality visual and multimedia content using Photoshop, AutoCAD, and video editing tools
• Manage social media platforms, newsletters, and digital communications
• Plan and deliver marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Support brand positioning and content strategy across all channels
• Assist with reporting and analysis of marketing performance

Project Coordination & Operational Support (Secondary Focus)

• Support solar project administration including documentation and application tracking
• Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases, and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery
• Assist with vendor communication related to marketing materials and events
• Support general office coordination where required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Design, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital design, or related creative roles
• Strong experience in website design and digital content creation is essential
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, video editing tools, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems
• Experience in social media management and campaign execution
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are essential
• Strong communication, creativity, and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Driving licence preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
