Full job description

We are currently seeking experienced Chef De Partie to join the team at The Grayson. The ideal team members will be passionate about standards, training and customer experience. If you would like to be considered for this team, please get in touch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
  • Work well within a large team
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Follow all set up and close down procedures
  • Control cost and minimise waste
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Approachable with excellent people skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of initiative
  • Experience with various cuisine's
  • Ability to multitask
  • A desire to progress as a Chef
  • 1 year experience in a busy kitchen.
  • 1 year grill experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
