About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee our solar installation operations across the South of Ireland. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support multiple solar installation teams across the region
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee site operations, health & safety compliance, and performance management
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure adherence to electrical and installation standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales, logistics, and technical support
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for team members
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to optimise performance and productivity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional operational issues

Regional Warehouse Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional warehouse facilities supporting installation teams
  • Ensure efficient stock control, inventory accuracy, and material availability across all projects
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries to sites and returns
  • Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and manage stock levels
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of solar equipment and electrical components

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (essential)
  • Qualified QC Electrician (essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably solar
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
  • Full, clean driving licence

Desirable

  • Experience scaling or managing regional operations
  • Strong understanding of Irish electrical regulations and standards
  • Background in solar PV installation
