Join Our Retrofit Team

Our company is expanding its retrofit operations across Dublin and the greater Leinster area, and we’re looking for a skilled Ventilation Operative to support the delivery of high‑quality, energy‑efficient home upgrades in conjunction with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). If you take pride in precise workmanship and enjoy hands‑on technical work, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out core drilling through brick, block, concrete, and other building materials for ventilation installations.
• Operate core drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare work areas and ensure minimal disruption to homeowners and properties.
• Work closely with ventilation installers and site supervisors to support smooth project delivery.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and professional work sites at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site‑specific requirements.
• Report any issues, defects, or concerns to the Ventilation Supervisor & Technical Programme Manager promptly.
• Competent in using new mobile apps for gathering installation evidence for project work.

Key Requirements

• Some experience in construction or a similar hands‑on trade role (core drilling experience a distinct advantage).
• Strong understanding of safe drilling practices and equipment use.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification.
• Working at Heights certification

Additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
