Barista

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Dublin on an ongoing temporary basis. If you're a coffee enthusiast and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve all types of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
  • Keep the coffee station and café area clean and organised.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a positive experience for every guest.
  • Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or catering environment is desirable.
  • Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (Excel Recruitment can provide full training).
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
