Early Morning Baker / Food Prep ***Must be available week days and weekends. Shifts can range 6am - 9.30pm NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS*****

Reporting to: Store Manager / Supervisor

Objective: Helping the store to achieve maximum sales and profitability by
performing duties to the company standards

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivers outstanding customer experience at all times whilst maintaining a welcoming clean environment
  • Product knowledge and confidently promote to enhance sales
  • Clean As You Go - Keep all work areas clean at all times
  • Handcraft hot and cold beverages to brand standards
  • Maintain high levels of Food Safety
  • Bake products / Food preparation to brand standards whilst minimizing wastage
  • Ensure all wastage / breakages are recorded
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by the Shift Leader, Supervisor or Manager
  • Person Specification:
  • Enjoys dealing with customers
  • Well presented
  • Well organized and enthusiastic
